SHIPPING
Items ordered and paid for will process within 24-48 hours from when received, unless otherwise noted in the product description. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been shipped. No international shipping available at this time.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
On national holidays our shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping policy terms will be mentioned on the site before the checkout process.
ORDER ISSUES
We pride ourselves in making sure you are absolutely happy with your order. If you have any problems, please contact us at hello@marianskincare.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
PAYMENT
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and several other payment options. Sales tax is required on all orders and the local tax rate will be calculated at checkout for California customers.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept returns, due to the nature of our products, however we do offer a replacement or a merchandise credit for certain circumstances. Our products are handmade and natural so each order may vary slightly. Some products can be sensitive to fluctuations of temperature, so kindly keep in mind their storage. Please note that marian skincare is not responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been made.
